What you will do:

We have an exciting opportunity to help us in building the backend for our current and upcoming applications. Creativity and Innovation is encouraged and embraced. This role will require a developer who is a fast learner and can think outside the box to find solutions to any problem.

Responsibilities Included:

• Development of scalable and low latency applications

• Work with the ML team to integrate ML models and set up a pipeline.

• Work with the frontend and UI team to understand the requirements and implement a solution based on the requirements

• Document and test the code extensively.

• Take an active role in improving the current architecture and solution.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in Node.js and MongoDB

• Experience in Git

• Knowledge of threading and internals of Node.js and aggregation pipelines in MongoDB.

• Knowledge of mobile application architecture and full-stack development is a plus

• Experience building reusable code and libraries for future use

• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

• Knows the best practices and writes clean code.

• Knows about Agile methodology.

• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

• Complex programming, program debugging, data analysis, problem analysis and resolution of issues within open source applications.

• Knowledge in deploying applications to Cloud is a plus.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in building custom queries and packages to improve performance

• Experience in handling multi-threading.

What you will do:

We have an exciting opportunity to help us in building recommendation systems and NLP for our new project. It will help us give users better suggestions and enable some degree of automation. Creativity and Innovation are encouraged and embraced. This role will require a developer who is a fast learner and can think outside the box to find solutions to any problem.

Responsibilities Included:

• Development of a recommendation system that uses user history and interactions as the data.

• Work with the backend and frontend team to integrate the Recommendation system into the existing system.

• Enhance and customize OCR by using NLP.

• Take an active role in improving the current architecture and solution.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in NLP and Machine Learning workflows with python

• Experience in Git

• Basic knowledge of Node.js and Flutter is a plus

• Experience building reusable code and libraries for future use

• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to the back-end

• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Desired Skills:

• Experience leveraging data analysis to construct a strategic narrative

• Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills and ability to break down large complex concepts

What will you do:

As a flutter developer, you're expected to build efficient and beautiful applications for Realinx which can look proficient in both IOS and Android. You will learn and make use of different architectures and structures for building a production-ready application. This role will require the developer to work closely with UI/UX and develop the required features.

Responsibilities included:

• Building of beautiful and efficient User interfaces.

• Work with the design team to understand the use case and build the features accordingly.

• Work with the backend team to use APIs and to build a highly secure application.

• Write efficient code for better code readability.

• Deeply work with Flutter Bloc to maintain the states across the whole application.

Ideal Candidate:

• 1+ years of experience in Flutter and native Android or IOS development.

• Experience in Flutter Bloc and provider.

• Experience in Git and Github.

• Experience building reusable code and libraries for future use.

• Knows the best practices and writes clean code with some well know architecture.

Desired skills:

• Experience in state management.

• Should have good knowledge of databases to use in Flutter.

• Experience in using basic Rest API.

• Should be good with making responsive designs and animations.

• Should be familiar with CI/CD.

• Familiarity with Agile project management principles.
